Guarantee Policy – All reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. A credit card must be presented upon arrival at the hotel. The name on the credit card must match the booking name. The credit card must have sufficient funds available and allow for a pre-authorisation of the accommodation total, plus a nominal amount to cover incidentals. 
Cancellation Policy – Cancel on or before 4pm hotel local time prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 nights accommodation.

Book, Forget and Stay – Room + $50 incl. GST

Enhance your overnight stay to feel like a weekend away. Includes full breakfast for two, a welcome platter of delicious treats and a late checkout of 12 noon Perfect for a romantic getaway or a leisure stay, a Book, Forget & Stay includes overnight accommodation in a Deluxe King room, complimentary self-parking, a scrumptious breakfast for two served through In Fig Restaurant, extended check out until 12.00 noon and a delicious platter of sweet nibbles in your room on arrival. Rate is fully flexible and can be cancelled or amended until 4pm on day of arrival without penalty. Cancellations received after 4pm on day of arrival will incur a fee equal to the first night’s accommodation charge.

A relaxing night booked at the Fig Restaurant and Bar awaits with a delicious 2 course meal and then retire to your room for the evening. Perfect for a night away from the kids or simply a leisure stay. Includes accommodation in a Deluxe King or Queen room, a 2 course meal for two persons (Main and dessert) plus a welcome drink (House beer, wine or non alcoholic) each to start the evening off with a smile. Rate is fully flexible and can be amended or changed up until 4pm local time on day of arrival. All cancellations after this time will incur a fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation charge.
