Start your morning with our hot breakfast served in the Garden View Room or Fig Restaurant. Savour freshly baked croissants, crumpets with butter, whipped cream and honey, freshly squeezed orange juice, a selection of fresh and stewed fruits, specialty cooked-to-order omelettes, crispy breakfast enchiladas and more.

Dinner

Served daily from 5:30 p.m., dinner service at Fig Restaurant highlights the flavours of the Canterbury region with innovative dishes – such as Canterbury lamb rack, Akaroa Salmon fillet and seafood tagliatelle – that are perfectly matched with exceptional local wines. Vegetarian and Gluten-free options are available. Hotel guests who are Choice Privilege members enjoy 5% off all dining. Monday features our burger and beer special. Tuesday is pasta and wine night and Wednesday is steak night.
